Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Barber-Colman 40BA-000AC-C0A-A-00 40BA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Barco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Barco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bauer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Barco such as the VPCI5605 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 69999804 manufactured by Barco and we are pleased to be able to service most Barco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 193414832 by Manufacturer Bauer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Barber-Colman Brand 80CC1100100200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Basler such as BE1700 equipment made by Basler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Basler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Basler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 193223228 made by Bauer as well as the popular ODP42250US original spares produced by Bardac

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A505182 by Barco and BE1700 spares by Basler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DTR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Basler.
